About Us

WA’s Transportable Modular Building Company

Thermal Comfort Homes is a Western Australian owned and operated building company, which specialises in the custom design and construction of energy efficient and transportable modular homes, offices, and accommodation units to WA’s remote regions, including the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Originally established to provide quality residential and indigenous housing to remote regions of Western Australia, Thermal Comfort Homes has since expanded to accommodate WA’s growing need for cost effective commercial construction. We now offer tailored solutions for hotel developments, resorts, and other short-term accommodation and commercial applications.

We offer complete end-to-end building solutions, including site selection and preparation, design, single/double storey and multi-unit construction, premium quality finishes, delivery, and installation.

Our innovative and flexible building solutions combined with our commitment to successful outcomes ensure our modular homes and buildings are constructed and installed on-site within 12 – 16 weeks from receiving all necessary approvals.

The Thermal Comfort Difference

While we have standard designs available, most Thermal Comfort Homes are custom designed and built to meet the needs of astute investors looking to differentiate their investment properties from the “it’ll do” market norm.

Our homes are built using the unique ThermaStruct Building System™, which ensures maximum protection from the heat/cold and enables us to design and build double-storey and multi-unit developments for residential housing and medium-scale commercial projects – something only a few transportable building companies are able to do.

Our homes also boast 9-foot (2700mm) high or raked ceilings for improved space, comfort and style.

North West Investors

By maximising the use of land through double-storey and dual key designs (dwellings with single entry points that allow for dual tenancies), we are able to add value to these investments and improve rental yields.

And, because our homes are thermally efficient, professionally finished, comfortable, and secure, they are more likely to sell should the market fall, providing investors with an added exit strategy.
